A space for mutual support, witnessing, and shared presence. In the tradition of Intentional Peer Support, these sessions are built on mutuality. We sit together with whatever you are carrying: discomfort, grief, confusion, joy, celebration, or simply the need to be seen and heard without fixing.
These are not coaching or therapy sessions. They are relational. They are about walking alongside each other within our lived experiences.
What to expect:
A shared container of care and attention
No advice-giving, no diagnosing, no "fixing"
Space to name what is true for you right now
A commitment to mutual learning and growth
Frequency: Up to once per week, depending on your needs and capacity.
If after your first session, you would like to have a standing session once per week or bi-weekly for a period of time, I am very open to this. I ask that before purchase multiple session, you schedule one initial session so we can discuss the most sustainable frequency.
Investment: $40–60 sliding scale in your local currency. Pay what you can within that range.

If credit / debit card is not accessible, I invite you to use one of the manual payment links below immediately after scheduling to pay for your session. If the payment has not been made 72 hours prior to your initial session, it will be cancelled to allow someone else to book in that spot. This means if you are scheduling less than 72 hours ahead of your session you will need to make the payment immediately.
Please note: If you use a payment link below, note that you are paying for peer support sessions in your memo of your payment (e.g., initial payment of $50 would be "IPS first session" whereas a payment of $100 would be "IPS two sessions").

Once scheduled, your payment is transferrable if you need to cancel provided you communicate this to me within 12 hours of your appointment, and you reschedule within 30 days of the original appointment. With any less than 12 hours of notice, the payment will not be transferrable. No refunds will be issued.
