Somatic Coaching - 4

This is for people who are ready to reconnect to their body as a source of wisdom rather than a site of threat, hostility, or disconnection.

Somatic coaching with me is client-centered and trauma-informed. We work with what is stuck, what is held in the body, and what feels ready to move. Coaching means this is an active process --you bring embodiment goals (what you want to work on) and we explore what emerges from that starting place. I trust the body's wisdom, and there is no way to do it wrong as long as you show up curious. There is less talking, more silence, and often progress in a short period of time compared to talk therapy.

Somatic work work requires time and integration. Sessions are offered in packages only because the body needs repetition and consistency to rewire old patterns. A single session can offer insight. A series offers transformation. Many people who work with me have enough tools after 6 sessions to continue this work on their own, and may only return for support during a major life change. I design my somatic coaching to be finite, and goal-oriented -- and that is why I call it coaching instead of therapy.

Sessions may include grounding, tracking physical sensations, exploring fight/flight/freeze/fawn responses, speaking with younger or alienated "parts", soul-retrieval, and working with foundational attachment patterns. I draw from Somatic Abolition, Generative Somatics, IFS Parts work,  Alchemical Alignment M1-M7, Energy Body Clearing, and my daily practice with politicized somatics communities.

Who this is for:
People navigating climate grief, systemic harm, coercive control recovery, or somatic disconnection—who are ready to move toward embodied presence and choice.

Package Options:

• Foundation Package — 4 sessions (2 months): $600 USD  / 400 BZD

• Deep Dive Package — 6 sessions (3 months): $800 USD / 600 BZD

Frequency: Bi-weekly recommended for integration. Sessions scheduled at least once per month. Your time with me will last between 2-6 months depending on how much time you need for integration between sessions.

I offer peer support sessions at a lower rate for those who need ongoing relational support. You are welcome to schedule peer support after completing a Somatic Package for follow up integration work. The somatic coaching packages are priced to resource the work you are doing and me as the practitioner—so that I can continue to offer this work sustainably. Payment in full support me to offer a limited number of scholarship spots at a reduced rate to people who otherwise could not afford the package due to systemic oppression.
